- thinly sliced beef brisket 100g
- 3 eggs
- 0.5 tsp starch powder
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp seasoned soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 bowl of rice
- some scallions
Recipe 🍳
- In a heated pan, lay out the beef brisket slices one by one and cook until nicely browned.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and add a little starch powder and 1 tablespoon of mirin to make a soft egg mixture.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cooked beef brisket, drizzle 1 tablespoon of seasoned soy sauce, and gently mix.
- Turn off the heat before the eggs are fully cooked, and let them finish cooking with residual heat to keep them moist.
- Sprinkle mayonnaise for extra richness, then serve over rice and top with chopped scallions to finish.
- Brown the beef brisket in a pan.
- Mix eggs with starch and mirin to make egg mixture.
- Add egg mixture and seasoned soy sauce to the meat and stir.
- Turn off heat, cook with residual heat until moist, then add mayonnaise.
