  • thinly sliced beef brisket 100g
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.5 tsp starch powder
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp seasoned soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 bowl of rice
  • some scallions

Recipe 🍳

  1. In a heated pan, lay out the beef brisket slices one by one and cook until nicely browned.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add a little starch powder and 1 tablespoon of mirin to make a soft egg mixture.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the cooked beef brisket, drizzle 1 tablespoon of seasoned soy sauce, and gently mix.
  4. Turn off the heat before the eggs are fully cooked, and let them finish cooking with residual heat to keep them moist.
  5. Sprinkle mayonnaise for extra richness, then serve over rice and top with chopped scallions to finish.
