Ingredients needed 🛒1 servings
- salmon 200g
- garlic powder 1/2 tablespoon
- ginger powder a pinch
- salt a pinch
- pepper a pinch
- oligofructose 3 tablespoons
- sesame oil 1/2 tablespoon
- sriracha sauce 1 tablespoon
- vinegar 1/2 tablespoon
- rice 1 bowl
- carrot râpe to taste
- avocado 1/2 fruit
- cucumber a pinch
- green peas a pinch
Recipe 🍳
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- Season the salmon with 1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder, a pinch of ginger powder, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper.
- In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of oligofructose, 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar to make the sauce.
- Add 2 tablespoons of the prepared sauce to the marinated salmon and toss gently.
- Place the seasoned salmon in the air fryer and cook until golden brown.
- Serve by placing rice in a bowl, arranging the cooked salmon, carrot râpe, sliced avocado, cucumber, and green peas attractively, then drizzling with the remaining sauce and a sprinkle of pepper.
- Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces and season with garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix oligofructose, sesame oil, sriracha, and vinegar to make the sauce; toss some of it with the salmon, then air-fry.
- Place the cooked salmon and vegetables on top of rice, then finish with the remaining sauce and a sprinkle of pepper.
