Okjubu's Salmon Steak Bibimbap

  • salmon 200g
  • garlic powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • ginger powder a pinch
  • salt a pinch
  • pepper a pinch
  • oligofructose 3 tablespoons
  • sesame oil 1/2 tablespoon
  • sriracha sauce 1 tablespoon
  • vinegar 1/2 tablespoon
  • rice 1 bowl
  • carrot râpe to taste
  • avocado 1/2 fruit
  • cucumber a pinch
  • green peas a pinch

Recipe 🍳

  1. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Season the salmon with 1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder, a pinch of ginger powder, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of oligofructose, 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar to make the sauce.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of the prepared sauce to the marinated salmon and toss gently.
  5. Place the seasoned salmon in the air fryer and cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve by placing rice in a bowl, arranging the cooked salmon, carrot râpe, sliced avocado, cucumber, and green peas attractively, then drizzling with the remaining sauce and a sprinkle of pepper.
