Okjubu's Rice Pancake

  • rice 1 bowl
  • katsuobushi furikake to taste
  • mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  • seaweed 1 sheet
  • egg 1~2
  • buldak sauce a little

Recipe 🍳

  1. In a bowl, add rice and katsuobushi furikake according to your preference and mix well.
  2. Add a bit of mayonnaise to enhance the richness, then mix thoroughly.
  3. Place half of the seasoned rice on a sheet of seaweed and fold it in half.
  4. Use scissors to cut into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Whisk eggs in a bowl to make an egg wash, then coat the cut rice rolls with it.
  6. Pan-fry the rice pancakes in a greased pan until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Serve with a mixed sauce of mayonnaise and buldak sauce.
