- katsuobushi furikake to taste
- mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- seaweed 1 sheet
- egg 1~2
- buldak sauce a little
Recipe 🍳
- In a bowl, add rice and katsuobushi furikake according to your preference and mix well.
- Add a bit of mayonnaise to enhance the richness, then mix thoroughly.
- Place half of the seasoned rice on a sheet of seaweed and fold it in half.
- Use scissors to cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl to make an egg wash, then coat the cut rice rolls with it.
- Pan-fry the rice pancakes in a greased pan until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with a mixed sauce of mayonnaise and buldak sauce.
- Mix rice with furikake and mayonnaise.
