Ingredients needed 🛒1 servings
- spaghetti noodles (1 serving)
- myeongran jeot (1-2 pieces)
- asparagus (2-3 stalks)
- garlic (5-6 cloves)
- peperoncino (2-3 pieces)
- cooking oil (1 tbsp)
- olive oil (a little)
- seasoned salt (a little)
- whole black pepper (a little)
- scallions (a little)
Recipe 🍳
- Slice the garlic, cut the asparagus into bite-sized pieces, and chop the scallions.
- Boil the spaghetti noodles in boiling water for 8 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the sliced garlic. When the garlic releases its color, add the asparagus and peperoncino and stir-fry together.
- Reduce the heat, add the myeongran, and stir-fry briefly. Then add 1 cup of pasta water and the boiled noodles, and toss everything together.
- Drizzle in olive oil, season with seasoned salt and whole black pepper, plate, and garnish with scallions.
- Prepare garlic, asparagus, and scallions.
- Boil spaghetti noodles for 8 minutes.
- Stir-fry garlic, asparagus, and peperoncino in a pan, then add myeongran.
- Add pasta water and noodles, season with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

- Since myeongran is already salty, adjust the salt to taste.
- When adding myeongran, reduce the heat to prevent it from splattering and to cook it gently.
