Once the water boils, add 80g of pasta noodles, set a timer, and boil for about 6 minutes.
Transfer the boiled pasta noodles to a heated pan using tongs. Instead of shaking off the pasta water like in a restaurant style, scoop it up with the noodles and bring it to the pan.
Generously add butter to the pan. If not enough butter is used, the flavor will have gaps, so not skimping and adding a generous amount is key to the taste.
Vigorously shake the pan over the heat, using heat and movement to emulsify the noodles' starch, pasta water, and butter into a creamy, unified sauce, preventing separation.
Once the sauce reaches a thick and smooth consistency, turn off the heat and plate the noodles attractively.
Finish by generously topping the pasta with thinly sliced or freshly grated finest eoran, known for its rich flavor.

When the water boils, season it with salt to taste 'a bit salty', then boil the noodles for 6 minutes.
