Okjubu's Pocket Rice Burger
A super simple rice burger that wraps kimchi and lettuce around grilled beef short ribs so they won't leak out.

Ingredients needed 🛒1 servings
- 1 sheet of sushi seaweed
- 1 bowl of rice
- 1 piece of store-bought galbi
- 2 leaves of lettuce
- appropriate amount of mayonnaise
Recipe 🍳
- Warm up the store-bought galbi in the microwave, and let the rice cool slightly before using.
- Cut the sushi seaweed in half and join the pieces lengthwise to form a cross-shaped base.
- Place rice in the center of the seaweed, then layer with lettuce, warmed galbi, mayonnaise, followed by more lettuce and rice in that order.
- Fold the sides of the seaweed inward, then fold the bottom half upward to secure the top.
- Warm the galbi and cut the seaweed into strips to connect them.
- Layer rice, lettuce, galbi, and mayonnaise on the seaweed in order.
- Bring the seaweed edges together and fold them in all directions to finish.
