  • watercress 50g
  • radish 150g
  • fine red pepper powder 2 tablespoons
  • minced garlic 1 tablespoon
  • fish sauce 1 tablespoon

  • instant seasoning (light) 0.5 tablespoon

Recipe 🍳

  2. Shred 150g of radish thinly, and cut 50g of watercress into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, mix 2 tablespoons fine red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 2 tablespoons sugar, and a small amount of instant seasoning to make the dressing.
  4. Add the shredded radish and watercress to the prepared dressing and toss gently until evenly coated.
  5. Let the vegetables sit for about 1 minute so the dressing is fully absorbed and the texture softens slightly.
  6. Gently fold in 150g of well-drained fresh clams, being careful not to break the delicate clams, and serve immediately.
