Okjubu's Quick Garlic Bread

Ingredients needed 🛒3 servings

  • morning bun 6 pieces
  • butter 50g
  • minced garlic 0.5 tablespoon
  • finely chopped green onion (or parsley powder) a little
  • sugar 3 tablespoons
  • mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
  • shredded cheese as needed

Recipe 🍳

  1. Place 50g of butter and half a tablespoon of minced garlic in a heatproof container and microwave for 1 minute to melt.
  2. Mix in finely chopped green onion (or parsley powder), 3 tablespoons of sugar, and 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise into the melted garlic butter, stirring until well combined without lumps to form the sauce.
  3. Cut the morning buns in half or make slits, then arrange them on the air fryer tray.
  4. Spread the prepared garlic sauce generously over the buns and evenly sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  5. Bake in a preheated air fryer at 180 degrees for 10 minutes until golden brown.

  2. Mix chopped green onion, sugar, and mayonnaise into the melted butter to make the sauce.
  3. Spread garlic sauce on the morning buns and add shredded cheese.
  4. Bake in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 10 minutes until done.

Cooking tips 💡

  • If you don't have parsley powder, finely chop the green part of the green onion for excellent color and flavor.
  • Adjust the cooking time slightly depending on your air fryer's performance to achieve the desired golden-brown cheese.
