Okjubu's Quick Garlic Bread

- morning bun 6 pieces
- butter 50g
- minced garlic 0.5 tablespoon
- finely chopped green onion (or parsley powder) a little
- sugar 3 tablespoons
- mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
- shredded cheese as needed
Recipe 🍳
- Place 50g of butter and half a tablespoon of minced garlic in a heatproof container and microwave for 1 minute to melt.
- Mix in finely chopped green onion (or parsley powder), 3 tablespoons of sugar, and 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise into the melted garlic butter, stirring until well combined without lumps to form the sauce.
- Cut the morning buns in half or make slits, then arrange them on the air fryer tray.
- Spread the prepared garlic sauce generously over the buns and evenly sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated air fryer at 180 degrees for 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Melt butter and minced garlic in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Mix chopped green onion, sugar, and mayonnaise into the melted butter to make the sauce.
- Spread garlic sauce on the morning buns and add shredded cheese.
- Bake in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 10 minutes until done.
Cooking tips 💡
- If you don't have parsley powder, finely chop the green part of the green onion for excellent color and flavor.
- Adjust the cooking time slightly depending on your air fryer's performance to achieve the desired golden-brown cheese.
