Okjubu's Eggplant in Seasoning

Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings
- 2~3 eggplants
- a small amount of green onion
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 0.5 tablespoon minced garlic
- a small amount of sugar
- 1 tablespoon squid sauce
- appropriate amount of sesame oil
- a small amount of toasted sesame seeds
Recipe 🍳
- Wash the eggplants thoroughly and cut them into four equal pieces.
- Place the eggplants, slightly damp, into a silicone steamer and microwave for 5 minutes.
- Chop the green onion finely and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 0.5 tablespoon minced garlic, a small amount of sugar, and 1 tablespoon squid sauce to make the dressing.
- After removing the eggplants from the microwave, let them cool slightly, then tear them into bite-sized pieces.
- Add the torn eggplants and chopped green onion to the dressing and mix well.
- Sprinkle sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds to taste, and mix thoroughly to finish.
- Cut eggplants into quarters, place in a silicone steamer, and microwave for 5 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, and squid sauce to create the dressing.
- Tear the eggplants into bite-sized pieces and combine with the dressing and green onion.
- Sprinkle sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds and serve.
