Okjubu's Tofu Gratin

  • tofu 1/2 block
  • canned tuna 1 can
  • tomato pasta sauce 4~5 tablespoons
  • mozzarella pizza cheese 1 pack
  • parsley powder a little

Recipe 🍳

  1. Place half a block of drained tofu into a microwave-safe dish and mash it smoothly with a spoon.
  2. Spread one can of oil-free canned tuna evenly over the mashed tofu, breaking up any clumps.
  3. Pour a generous amount of store-bought tomato pasta sauce over the tuna to fully cover the ingredients.
  4. Top with mozzarella pizza cheese and loosely cover the lid. Microwave for about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove when the cheese is golden and melted, then sprinkle with parsley powder to finish.
