- tofu 1/2 block
- canned tuna 1 can
- tomato pasta sauce 4~5 tablespoons
- mozzarella pizza cheese 1 pack
- parsley powder a little
Recipe 🍳
- Place half a block of drained tofu into a microwave-safe dish and mash it smoothly with a spoon.
- Spread one can of oil-free canned tuna evenly over the mashed tofu, breaking up any clumps.
- Pour a generous amount of store-bought tomato pasta sauce over the tuna to fully cover the ingredients.
- Top with mozzarella pizza cheese and loosely cover the lid. Microwave for about 5 minutes.
- Remove when the cheese is golden and melted, then sprinkle with parsley powder to finish.
- Put half a block of tofu in a microwave-safe dish and mash it.
- Layer oil-free tuna and tomato sauce on top in order.
- Add pizza cheese, microwave for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with parsley.
