- geomjang meat 150g
- scallions half bunch
- rice 1 bowl
- red pepper powder 2 tablespoons
- sugar 1 tablespoon
- green chili peppers 1 piece
- minced garlic 1 tablespoon
- sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
- soy sauce 3 tablespoons
- sesame oil 1.5 tablespoons
Recipe 🍳
- In a bowl, combine red pepper powder, sugar, minced green chili peppers, minced garlic, sesame seeds, and soy sauce in the specified amounts, then mix well to make the sauce.
- Wash the scallions thoroughly and finely chop them into small pieces.
- Blanch the geomjang meat in boiling water until firm, then drain completely using a strainer.
- Add the blanched geomjang meat to the prepared sauce and toss thoroughly so the flavors fully penetrate.
- Place rice in a wide bowl, then top with the seasoned geomjang meat and generously add the chopped scallions.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and drizzle generously with sesame oil to finish.
- Make a spicy-sweet sauce using red pepper powder, soy sauce, green chili peppers, and other seasonings.
- Finely chop the scallions and blanch the geomjang meat in boiling water, then remove all moisture.
