  • geomjang meat 150g
  • scallions half bunch
  • rice 1 bowl
  • red pepper powder 2 tablespoons
  • sugar 1 tablespoon
  • green chili peppers 1 piece
  • minced garlic 1 tablespoon
  • sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
  • soy sauce 3 tablespoons
  • sesame oil 1.5 tablespoons

Recipe 🍳

  1. In a bowl, combine red pepper powder, sugar, minced green chili peppers, minced garlic, sesame seeds, and soy sauce in the specified amounts, then mix well to make the sauce.
  2. Wash the scallions thoroughly and finely chop them into small pieces.
  3. Blanch the geomjang meat in boiling water until firm, then drain completely using a strainer.
  4. Add the blanched geomjang meat to the prepared sauce and toss thoroughly so the flavors fully penetrate.
  5. Place rice in a wide bowl, then top with the seasoned geomjang meat and generously add the chopped scallions.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and drizzle generously with sesame oil to finish.
