- beef (ribeye or tenderloin) 300g
- salt a pinch
- pepper a pinch
- olive oil 2 tablespoons
- whole garlic 5 cloves
- button mushrooms 3 pieces
- green pepper 1/2 piece
- bell pepper 1/2 piece
- steak sauce 3 tablespoons
- ketchup 2 tablespoons
- oligodextrin 1 tablespoon
- soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- balsamic vinegar 1/2 tablespoon
- parsley powder a pinch
Recipe 🍳
- Pat the beef dry with kitchen paper, then cut into bite-sized square pieces.
- Toss the cut beef with salt, pepper, and olive oil for marinating.
- Slice garlic thinly, and cut button mushrooms, green pepper, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces similar to the beef.
- In a bowl, mix steak sauce, ketchup, oligodextrin, soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar to prepare the seasoning sauce.
- Heat a pan and add olive oil, then quickly sear the beef on all sides.
- Once the beef surface is cooked, add the prepared vegetables and stir-fry together.
- When the vegetables are slightly cooked, pour in the prepared sauce and stir-fry rapidly over high heat until the sauce thickens, then sprinkle with parsley.
- Cut beef into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Dice garlic, mushrooms, green pepper, and bell pepper to match the beef size.
- Mix steak sauce, ketchup, and other ingredients to make the seasoning sauce.
- Stir-fry beef in a pan, then add vegetables and cook together.
- Add the sauce and quickly toss over high heat to finish.
