  • beef (ribeye or tenderloin) 300g
  • salt a pinch
  • pepper a pinch
  • olive oil 2 tablespoons
  • whole garlic 5 cloves
  • button mushrooms 3 pieces
  • green pepper 1/2 piece
  • bell pepper 1/2 piece
  • steak sauce 3 tablespoons
  • ketchup 2 tablespoons
  • oligodextrin 1 tablespoon
  • soy sauce 1 tablespoon
  • balsamic vinegar 1/2 tablespoon
  • parsley powder a pinch

Recipe 🍳

  1. Pat the beef dry with kitchen paper, then cut into bite-sized square pieces.
  2. Toss the cut beef with salt, pepper, and olive oil for marinating.
  3. Slice garlic thinly, and cut button mushrooms, green pepper, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces similar to the beef.
  4. In a bowl, mix steak sauce, ketchup, oligodextrin, soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar to prepare the seasoning sauce.
  5. Heat a pan and add olive oil, then quickly sear the beef on all sides.
  6. Once the beef surface is cooked, add the prepared vegetables and stir-fry together.
  7. When the vegetables are slightly cooked, pour in the prepared sauce and stir-fry rapidly over high heat until the sauce thickens, then sprinkle with parsley.
  1. Cut beef into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  2. Dice garlic, mushrooms, green pepper, and bell pepper to match the beef size.
  3. Mix steak sauce, ketchup, and other ingredients to make the seasoning sauce.
  4. Stir-fry beef in a pan, then add vegetables and cook together.
  5. Add the sauce and quickly toss over high heat to finish.
