🙋 Recommended for

  • People looking for a low-calorie, healthy, and light meal
  • Those wanting to quickly prepare a satisfying meal without using a stove, relying only on the microwave and fresh vegetables

Ingredients needed 🛒1 servings

  • cabbage 1/4 head
  • tuna can 1 can
  • egg 1
  • rice 1 bowl
  • red pepper powder 2 tablespoons
  • minced garlic 1/2 teaspoon
  • sugar 1 tablespoon
  • soy sauce 1 tablespoon
  • vinegar a little
  • sesame oil 1 tablespoon
  • seaweed powder to taste
  • hulled sesame seeds a little

Recipe 🍳

  1. Slice the cabbage thinly, then soak in vinegar water for 4 minutes to clean thoroughly, then drain well.
  2. Place a small amount of water in a bowl, crack in the egg, and cook using the microwave in 30-second intervals, checking the consistency each time to make a soft-boiled egg.
  3. In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons red pepper powder, a little minced garlic, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and a little vinegar to create the dressing.
  4. Layer rice and prepared cabbage in a serving bowl, then top with drained canned tuna.
  5. Add the prepared dressing and soft-boiled egg, serve with seaweed powder on the side, and finish by drizzling sesame oil and sprinkling hulled sesame seeds.
  1. Slice cabbage into thin strips and wash in vinegar water.
  2. Add water and egg to a bowl and cook using the microwave to make a soft-boiled egg.
  3. Mix the required ingredients to prepare the bibimbap dressing.
  4. Place rice in a bowl, then add cabbage, oil-free tuna, dressing, and soft-boiled egg.
  5. Sprinkle seaweed powder, sesame oil, and hulled sesame seeds, then mix and enjoy.

Cooking tips 💡

  • When making a soft-boiled egg in the microwave, avoid cooking it continuously for too long—this may cause the egg to overcook or burst. Instead, use 30-second intervals and check the texture frequently.
  • Squeeze out as much oil as possible from the tuna can to prevent greasiness and enhance the clean, mild flavor.
