- burdock 3 pieces
- water 1 cup
- premium soy sauce 4 tablespoons
- oligo sugar 3 tablespoons
- toasted sesame seeds 1 tablespoon

- Rinse the burdock under running water, then scrape off the skin using the back of a knife or a peeler.
- Slice the peeled burdock thinly at an angle.
