  • clams 500g
  • garlic 10 cloves
  • green onion 3 stalks
  • butter 1 tablespoon
  • olive oil 2 tablespoons
  • Vietnamese dried chili 5 pieces
  • water 250ml
  • salt a pinch

Recipe 🍳

  1. Slice garlic into thin pieces and finely chop green onion.
  2. Heat butter and olive oil in a pan, then sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add cleaned clams and Vietnamese dried chilies, and stir-fry together.
  4. Pour in 250ml of water, season with salt, cover the pan, and cook until all clams open.
  5. Transfer to serving bowls and sprinkle with finely chopped green onion before serving.
