- clams 500g
- garlic 10 cloves
- green onion 3 stalks
- butter 1 tablespoon
- olive oil 2 tablespoons
- Vietnamese dried chili 5 pieces
- water 250ml
- salt a pinch
Recipe 🍳
- Slice garlic into thin pieces and finely chop green onion.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a pan, then sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cleaned clams and Vietnamese dried chilies, and stir-fry together.
- Pour in 250ml of water, season with salt, cover the pan, and cook until all clams open.
- Transfer to serving bowls and sprinkle with finely chopped green onion before serving.
- Chop garlic and green onion into bite-sized pieces.
- Sauté butter, oil, and garlic in a pan until golden and fragrant.
- Add clams and dried chilies, stir-fry briefly, then add water and salt, cover, and simmer.
