- 2 eggs
- some chopped carrot
- some chopped onion
- some seasoned salt
- some white sugar
- some butter
- some avocado
Recipe 🍳
- Finely chop the carrot and onion, then mix with eggs, seasoned salt, and white sugar to make the egg mixture.
- Melt butter in a heated pan, place the bagel, and fill the bagel hole and empty spaces with the prepared egg mixture.
- When the egg mixture is partially set, carefully flip the bagel and cook the other side until golden brown.
