- 1 head baby cabbage
- bacon (as needed)
- perilla seed powder (generous amount)
- mayonnaise (as needed)
- olive oil (as needed)
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
- lemon juice (a little)
- seasoned salt (a little)
- cooking oil (as needed)
Recipe 🍳
- Cut the baby cabbage lengthwise into 4 wedges.
- Cut the bacon into thin, bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine perilla seed powder, mayonnaise, olive oil, 1 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup, lemon juice, and seasoned salt. Mix well to make the perilla seed sauce.
- In a pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel to drain excess oil, then set aside.
- In the same pan with the bacon fat, place the baby cabbage wedges, sprinkle with seasoned salt, and grill until golden brown on both sides.
- Place the grilled baby cabbage on a plate, top generously with the cooked bacon and perilla seed sauce, and serve.
- Cut the baby cabbage into 4 wedges and chop the bacon.
- Mix perilla seed powder, mayonnaise, olive oil, etc. to make the sauce.
- Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy, then set aside.
- Grill the baby cabbage in the bacon fat until golden on both sides.
- Top the cabbage with bacon and sauce to finish.
