Recipe

Remove the stems from the strawberries and weigh out 300g.
Place the strawberries and 75g of sugar in a pot and stir over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
Once it comes to a boil, add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and simmer the juices for about 5 minutes.
When it reaches the desired consistency, turn off the heat and add 1 teaspoon of butter, letting the residual heat melt it to coat the sauce.
Transfer to a sterilized glass jar or container, let cool, then store in the refrigerator or freezer.

Put the strawberries and sugar in a pot and stir over medium heat until dissolved.
Add the lemon juice and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat, add the butter, mix well, and let cool.
