  • bread 4 slices
  • mascarpone cheese 100g
  • heavy cream 200ml
  • sugar 2 tablespoons

Recipe 🍳

  1. Add sugar to cold heavy cream and whip with an electric mixer until it reaches the desired consistency.
  2. Fold in mascarpone cheese and mix thoroughly until the cream becomes firm and tightly textured.
  3. Wash the shine muscat thoroughly, then dry completely using a kitchen towel to remove all moisture.
  4. Spread a thick layer of the prepared cheese cream onto one side of a slice of bread.
  5. Arrange the dried shine muscat grapes tightly and evenly on top of the cream.
  6. Spread cream on the other side of a bread slice and place it on top, then carefully fill any gaps along the edges with cream.
  7. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for a short time.
  8. Slice the sandwich in half using a sharp knife, cutting like a saw to ensure each grape is cleanly halved.
