Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings
- shine muscat 1 bunch
- bread 4 slices
- mascarpone cheese 100g
- heavy cream 200ml
- sugar 2 tablespoons
Recipe 🍳
- Add sugar to cold heavy cream and whip with an electric mixer until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Fold in mascarpone cheese and mix thoroughly until the cream becomes firm and tightly textured.
- Wash the shine muscat thoroughly, then dry completely using a kitchen towel to remove all moisture.
- Spread a thick layer of the prepared cheese cream onto one side of a slice of bread.
- Arrange the dried shine muscat grapes tightly and evenly on top of the cream.
- Spread cream on the other side of a bread slice and place it on top, then carefully fill any gaps along the edges with cream.
- Wrap tightly with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for a short time.
- Slice the sandwich in half using a sharp knife, cutting like a saw to ensure each grape is cleanly halved.
- Whip heavy cream with sugar, then mix in mascarpone cheese to create a firm cream.
- Place well-dried shine muscat grapes tightly on top of the cream-covered bread slice.
- Cover with another bread slice, fill in any gaps with cream, wrap tightly in plastic wrap, and slice in half.
Cooking tips 💡
- When whipping heavy cream, keep it cold to prevent separation or breakdown of texture.
- Any remaining moisture on the fruit will cause the cream to slide and release water, so ensure fruits are completely dry before use.
- When slicing the sandwich, avoid pressing down vertically—instead, cut like sawing to achieve a clean, neat cross-section.
