  3. Rinse the cleaned shrimp thoroughly under cold water, then pat completely dry with kitchen paper towels.
  4. In a large bowl, combine red pepper powder, premium soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, minced green onion, minced ginger, and minced garlic according to the amounts, and mix well to make the marinade.
  5. Add the dried shrimp, thinly sliced onion, and sesame oil to the finished marinade, and toss thoroughly until the flavors are fully absorbed.
  6. Arrange the shrimp mixture attractively on a serving plate and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
