- premium soy sauce 1/2 cup
- sugar 2 tablespoons
- corn syrup 1/2 cup
- minced green onion 1 stalk
- a small amount of minced ginger
- minced garlic 1 tablespoon

Recipe 🍳
- Remove the heads from the fresh shrimp and carefully peel off the shells.
- Use a toothpick to pierce the second segment along the back of the shrimp and gently remove the dark vein.
- Rinse the cleaned shrimp thoroughly under cold water, then pat completely dry with kitchen paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine red pepper powder, premium soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, minced green onion, minced ginger, and minced garlic according to the amounts, and mix well to make the marinade.
- Add the dried shrimp, thinly sliced onion, and sesame oil to the finished marinade, and toss thoroughly until the flavors are fully absorbed.
- Arrange the shrimp mixture attractively on a serving plate and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
- Remove heads, shells, and veins from fresh shrimp, rinse well, and dry completely.
- In a bowl, mix red pepper powder, premium soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, minced green onion, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade.
- Toss the shrimp and sliced onion with the marinade, add sesame oil, and finish by sprinkling with toasted sesame seeds.
