  • 2 bottles of beer
  • 1 bottle of soju
  • Passion fruit syrup (or concentrate), as needed
  • Pineapple, as needed
  • 1 lime
  • Mango watermelon, as needed

Recipe 🍳

  1. Wash the pineapple, lime, and mango watermelon thoroughly, pat dry, and slice into thin bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place the prepared fruits in a glass container. It's good to focus on yellow and green fruits that pair well with beer and provide a refreshing taste.
  3. Add a generous amount of passion fruit syrup to add a sweet and sour flavor. Since the syrup itself is sweet, no additional sugar is needed.
  4. Pour in the soju and beer, stir gently, and refrigerate for 2 hours to allow the fruit flavors and carbonation to blend lightly.
