- 1 bottle red wine
- 200ml orange juice
- 50g sugar
- Mangosubak, as needed
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- 1 apple
- Strawberries, as needed
- Blueberries, as needed
Recipe 🍳
- Peel and seed the mangosubak, orange, lemon, lime, and apple, then slice them thinly into bite-sized pieces.
- In a clear, pretty glass container, layer all the prepared fruits neatly.
- Add 50g of sugar, then pour in orange juice and red wine until the fruits are fully submerged.
- Stir gently so everything mixes well, then let it infuse in the refrigerator for 2 hours and serve chilled.
- Slice the seasonal fruits into thin, bite-sized pieces.
- In a glass container, add the prepared fruits, sugar, orange juice, and red wine in order, then mix.
- Let it infuse in the fridge for 2 hours, then enjoy it chilled.

- Lemon or lime can make the sangria too sour if they release too much juice, so adjust the amount according to your taste.
