- oyster sauce 0.5 tablespoon
- salt a pinch
- vegetable oil 4 tablespoons
Recipe 🍳
- Wash the tomatoes under running water and cut them into large pieces.
- Crack 3 eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and mix well.
- Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, pour in the beaten eggs and stir-fry gently like scrambled eggs until softly cooked. Transfer to a separate bowl.
- Add 1 more tablespoon of oil to the pan, then sauté the chopped green onions until fragrant.
- Add the sliced tomatoes and cook slowly until they break down and release their juice.
- Add about half a tablespoon of oyster sauce for depth of flavor, then stir everything together to adjust seasoning.
- Finally, return the reserved egg mixture to the pan and lightly toss with the tomato sauce to finish.
- Cut tomatoes into large pieces and chop green onions.
- Season the eggs with salt, mix well, and gently fry until soft. Set aside separately.
