  • oyster sauce 0.5 tablespoon
  • salt a pinch
  • vegetable oil 4 tablespoons

Recipe 🍳

  1. Wash the tomatoes under running water and cut them into large pieces.
  2. Crack 3 eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and mix well.
  3. Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, pour in the beaten eggs and stir-fry gently like scrambled eggs until softly cooked. Transfer to a separate bowl.
  4. Add 1 more tablespoon of oil to the pan, then sauté the chopped green onions until fragrant.
  5. Add the sliced tomatoes and cook slowly until they break down and release their juice.
  6. Add about half a tablespoon of oyster sauce for depth of flavor, then stir everything together to adjust seasoning.
  7. Finally, return the reserved egg mixture to the pan and lightly toss with the tomato sauce to finish.
