Cooking tips 💡
- Soak the rice noodles in cold water for at least 30 minutes before cooking to ensure they cook perfectly in 30 seconds.
- Beef brisket slices can become tough if boiled for too long, so remove them as soon as the pink color disappears, similar to shabu-shabu.
- The remaining rice noodle concentrate can be used as a versatile broth base for various dishes like shabu-shabu or boiled meat.
