- Fish cakes: 3 sheets
- Water: 4 cups (based on paper cup, 700ml)
- Beef Dashida: 1.5 tablespoons
- Chili powder: 3 tablespoons
- Gochujang: 2 heaping tablespoons
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Corn syrup: 3 tablespoons
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Minced garlic: 1 tablespoon
- Boiled eggs: 2
- Green onion: 1 stalk
Recipe 🍳
- Put all the ingredients below into a pot and mix them well.
- 4 cups water (based on paper cup, 700ml)
- 1.5 tablespoons beef Dashida
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 heaping tablespoons gochujang
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons corn syrup * Corn syrup is essential for achieving the thick sauce consistency of snack bar tteokbokki. (Do not substitute with sugar)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Put all the ingredients below into a pot and mix them well.
