Recipe

In a preheated pan, melt a piece of butter and add the marshmallows.
Keep the heat low to prevent the sugar from burning, and stir continuously with a spatula until the marshmallows are fully melted and smooth.
Once the marshmallows have melted and puffed up white, turn off the heat and generously add your desired cereal.
Quickly mix the cereal with a spatula so that it is evenly coated with the sticky melted marshmallows.
Line a large tray or square mold with parchment paper, pour the mixture in, and flatten the top evenly.
Transfer the shaped energy bar mixture to the freezer and let it harden for at least 2 hours.
Remove from the freezer, place on a cutting board, and cut into bar shapes or squares with a knife.

Melt butter and marshmallows in a pan over low heat, stirring to prevent burning.
Add cereal to the melted mixture and mix until evenly combined into one mass.
