- Anchovy sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Minced garlic: 0.5 tablespoon
- Spicy ramen: 1 pack
- Dumpling wrappers: 100g
- Bean sprouts: 100g
- Green onion: 20g
- Seaweed flakes
Recipe 🍳
- Add the following ingredients to a ttukbaegi (earthenware pot) and boil. 700ml water, 70g kimchi, 1 tablespoon gochugaru, 1 tablespoon anchovy sauce, 0.5 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 pack spicy ramen, 100g dumpling wrappers, 100g bean sprouts.
- Once the bean sprouts are wilted, add the following ingredients and it's done! 20g green onion, seaweed flakes.
- Prepare noodles or rice cakes and season.
- Cook the main ingredients, then mix or boil with noodles.
- Check consistency and seasoning, then serve immediately.
