Ttukdak Hyung's Hangover Ramen

Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings
- 1 pack Ramen (using Shin Ramyun)
- (Measurement: Tablespoon)
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 Green onion
- A handful Dried pollack
- 2 tbsp Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 pack Ramen soup powder
- 1/4 Green onion
Recipe 🍳
- Add the ingredients below into the pot for boiling ramen in order, then stir-fry over the lowest heat possible for a long time.
- Stir-frying for a long time until the ingredients are browned will bring out a deep savory flavor.
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 Green onion
- Thinly slice the green onion before adding.
- A handful Dried pollack
- Briefly soak a handful of dried pollack in water, squeeze out the excess water, and add.
- 2 tbsp Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 pack Ramen soup powder
- In a pot, stir-fry cooking oil, green onions, dried pollock, chili powder, oyster sauce, and ramen soup base over low heat for a long time.
- Add water and the vegetable packet to the stir-fried ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Once the water boils, add ramen and bean sprouts and cook until done for a spicy hangover ramen.
