- Jasmine rice: 300g
- Chicken broth: 300ml
- Salt: 0.3 tablespoon
- Chicken broth: 50ml
- Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Dark soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons
- Red chili: 10g
- Cheongyang chili: 10g
- Chicken broth: 2 tablespoons

Recipe 🍳
- Trim the yellow fat from the 600g chicken thigh. 600g chicken thigh.
- Add the following ingredients to a pot and boil for 15 minutes. 1.5L water, chicken thigh, 1 tablespoon minced ginger, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 20g green onion, 2 tablespoons salt. * Continuously remove impurities while boiling.
- After 15 minutes, remove the chicken and solids, then briefly blanch the bok choy in the broth.
- Add the following ingredients to a pot and stir-fry. 2 tablespoons cooking oil, chicken fat, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 0.5 tablespoon minced ginger.
- When the garlic turns golden brown, add the following ingredients, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. 300g jasmine rice, 300ml chicken broth, 0.3 tablespoon salt. * After 10 minutes, turn off the heat, cover, and let it steam for 5 minutes.
- Mix the following ingredients to make the soy sauce. 50ml chicken broth, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 tablespoons sesame oil.
- Add the following ingredients to a chopper and mince to make the chili sauce. 10g red chili, 10g Cheongyang chili, 2 tablespoons chicken broth, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar, 0.3 tablespoon salt, 0.5 tablespoon minced garlic, 0.2 tablespoon minced ginger.
