Cooking tips

  • Add the twists and condensed milk to the kongguk.
  • Ferment the dough at room temperature for 10 minutes, then divide and ferment for another 10 minutes, shape into twists, and ferment for a final 10 minutes. Total fermentation is 30 minutes in 3 stages.
  • Fry the twists in oil at 170°C.
  • Put the hotteok jam mix and twists in a plastic bag and shake to coat well.
