- Shredded radish: 200g
- Yuk sashimi

- Mix the following ingredients: 100g dried tofu noodles, 100g chives, 50g green onions, 50ml sesame oil, 3 tablespoons gochugaru, 3 tablespoons minced garlic, 2 tablespoons anchovy sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, 5g Cheongyang chili pepper, 0.2 tablespoons MSG, 200g shredded radish.
