  • minced garlic : 1 tablespoon
  • onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • egg yolk : 3 eggs
  • grated Parmesan cheese : 3 tablespoons

Recipe 🍳

  1. Clean the small abalone thoroughly with a toothbrush, then blanch briefly in boiling water.
  2. Use a spoon to remove the abalone from its shell, and carefully cut open the mouth and separate the innards.
  3. Heat butter in a pan, add minced garlic (1 tablespoon), onion, abalone innards, and abalone meat. Season with salt and pepper and sauté until fragrant.
  4. In a bowl, combine 3 egg yolks, 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, cooked pasta, peperoncino, and the prepared abalone sauce. Mix well.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and finish by sprinkling with pepper and chopped parsley.
