This Man's Cook Citrus Jam

1. Soak 7 oranges in lukewarm water mixed with 1 tablespoon of baking soda for 5 minutes, then rub the surface with a cloth and rinse thoroughly under running water.
2. Dry the washed oranges completely using a kitchen towel to remove all moisture from the outer surface.
3. Remove the stem end of each orange by hand.

8. Let the finished citrus jam mature at room temperature for about 2 days before transferring it to the refrigerator for storage.
