Recipe

Open all the Oreo cookies, then use a knife to scrape out the white cream between the cookies and set it aside separately.
Add the cream cheese to the reserved Oreo cream and mix gently until smooth with no lumps to create a sweet cream cheese base.
In another bowl, combine the whipping cream and 1 tablespoon of sugar, then whip with a whisk until stiff peaks form.
Add a little lime juice to the whipped cream for a refreshing touch and fold in lightly.
Add the prepared cream cheese base to the whipped cream and mix evenly to complete the final cheese whipped cream.
Spread a thin layer of the finished cream on the bottom of a storage container.
Place a layer of the cream-removed Oreo cookies tightly over the cream, then spread another layer of cream on top. Repeat this process to build up layers.
Cover the top smoothly with cream, then crush the remaining Oreo cookies and sprinkle them evenly over the top.
Close the container lid, place it in the freezer to freeze until firm, then take it out to serve.

Separate the Oreo cookies from their inner cream, then mix the cream with cream cheese.
Mix the whipped cream with lime juice and the cream cheese mixture to make a soft cheese cream.
Layer the cream and Oreo cookies alternately in a container, sprinkle crushed cookies on top, and freeze.

Cooking tips

If you want a strong cheese flavor, adjust the ratio of cream cheese to fresh cream to about 1:1; if you prefer a milder taste, increase the amount of fresh cream.
Adding a little lime juice or lemon juice helps cut through the heavy richness of the cream cheese, making it much fresher.
Take it out of the freezer when firm and scoop it out by the tablespoonful to enjoy an ice-cream-like texture.
