Recipe 🍳

- Cut the ripe, soft avocado in half and remove the pit.
- Use a spoon to scoop out the avocado flesh cleanly, then dice it finely with a knife.
- Add all the diced avocado flesh and minced green onion to a bowl.
- Add the store-bought ssamjang in approximately a 1:1 ratio with the avocado.
- Use a spoon or utensil to mash the avocado while mixing it with the ssamjang until the ingredients combine into a creamy, unified sauce.
- Transfer the finished sauce to a small dish and serve it with grilled meats or ssam dishes.
