  • avocado 1 piece
  • salted mackerel paste 1~2 pieces
  • mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
  • sugar 1/2 tablespoon
  • wasabi (horseradish) a little
  • gimbap seaweed appropriate amount

Recipe 🍳

  1. Cut a ripe avocado in half, remove the seed, peel off the skin, and slice thinly.
  2. Using the back of a knife, gently scrape off the outer skin of the salted mackerel paste to cleanly separate the roe.
  3. In a bowl, combine the mackerel roe, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, and wasabi to taste, then mix well to make the sauce.
  4. Cut the gimbap seaweed into quarters and trim into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Place an avocado slice on a piece of seaweed, add a generous amount of mackerel sauce, then roll it up and enjoy.
