- avocado 1 piece
- salted mackerel paste 1~2 pieces
- mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- sugar 1/2 tablespoon
- wasabi (horseradish) a little
- gimbap seaweed appropriate amount
Recipe 🍳
- Cut a ripe avocado in half, remove the seed, peel off the skin, and slice thinly.
- Using the back of a knife, gently scrape off the outer skin of the salted mackerel paste to cleanly separate the roe.
- In a bowl, combine the mackerel roe, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, and wasabi to taste, then mix well to make the sauce.
- Cut the gimbap seaweed into quarters and trim into bite-sized pieces.
- Place an avocado slice on a piece of seaweed, add a generous amount of mackerel sauce, then roll it up and enjoy.

- Peel the salted mackerel paste and collect only the roe.
