- 150g beef
- 1/4 radish
- 1/2 green onion
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 vegetable coin stock cubes
- 1 tbsp white soy sauce
- A little salt
- A little pepper
Recipe 🍳
- Cut the radish into large cubes and slice the green onion diagonally.
- Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and stir-fry the beef.
- Once the beef changes color, add the sliced radish and stir-fry together.
- When the radish starts to release moisture, increase the heat to high and stir-fry to concentrate the moisture.
- Add water and 2 vegetable coin stock cubes, and bring to a boil.
- Skim off any impurities or foam that rises to the surface as the soup boils.
- Reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 15 minutes until the radish becomes translucent. Add the green onion, and season with white soy sauce, salt, and pepper to finish.
- Cut radish and green onion into bite-sized pieces.
- Stir-fry beef in sesame oil in a pot, then add radish and stir-fry together.
- Add water and coin stock, boil, and skim off impurities.
- Simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat, then add green onion and season with soy sauce and salt.
