- 1 pack of spicy ramyeon
- 1/2 pack of sundubu
- 2 tbsp tomato pasta sauce
- generous amount of mozzarella cheese
- 1 slice of cheese
- a little parsley powder
Recipe 🍳
- Pour 2 cups of water into a pot or pan and turn on the heat.
- When the water starts boiling, add all the ramyeon powder soup base and flake soup base and stir.
- Add half a pack of sundubu whole, and use a spoon to cut it into bite-sized chunks.
- Add the ramyeon noodles as well.
- Scoop 2 generous tablespoons of tomato pasta sauce and stir to dissolve evenly.
- Loosen the noodles gently and cook to your desired doneness.
- When the noodles are partially cooked, sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese on top, then add 1 slice of cheese and a little parsley powder.
- Cover the pot with a lid and let it sit for a moment until the cheese is completely melted to finish.
- Add the ramyeon soup base and sundubu, cut into bite-sized pieces, to boiling water.
- Add the noodles and 2 tbsp tomato sauce, then loosen the noodles and boil.
- Top with cheese, cover with a lid, and cook until the cheese melts.
Cooking tips 💡
- Since the noodles can become soggy while the cheese melts, it's best to add the cheese when the noodles are slightly undercooked compared to usual.
- The tomato sauce and cheese nicely balance the spiciness, making this recommended even for those who can't handle spicy food well.
