- a small amount of vegetable oil
- beef-style pork (shoulder or leg) 200g
- onion 1 large
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
- generous spoonful of soybean paste 1 tablespoon
- tonkatsu sauce 1 tablespoon
- sugar 1/2 tablespoon
- sprouts 1 pack (full handful)
- green onion or scallion a little
- sesame seeds a little
Recipe 🍳
- Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a pan, then add 200g of beef-style pork.
- Slice 1 large onion into strips and add it on top of the pork.
- Sprinkle a pinch of salt and a little pepper over the pork and onion for seasoning.
- Stir-fry over high heat until the surface of the pork and onion turn evenly browned.
- Once the pork is fully cooked, add 1 tablespoon of soybean paste, 1 tablespoon of tonkatsu sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon of sugar.
- Add a full handful of thoroughly washed sprouts.
- Stir-fry quickly over high heat for about 30 seconds to ensure the seasonings are well combined.
- Garnish with sliced green onion or scallion for a fresh, crisp appearance.
- Finish by sprinkling sesame seeds once more.
- Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan, then stir-fry seasoned pork and sliced onion over high heat.
- When browned, add soybean paste, tonkatsu sauce, sugar, and sprouts.
- Stir-fry quickly over high heat for 30 seconds, then finish with green onion and sesame seeds.
