Ingredients needed 🛒1 servings

  • 10-15 dumpling wrappers
  • 1 cup well-fermented kimchi
  • 500ml water
  • 1 tablespoon soup soy sauce
  • some green onion

Recipe 🍳

  1. Stack several dumpling wrappers and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Put water, chopped kimchi, and kimchi brine into a pot and bring to a boil.
  3. When the broth boils, add the prepared dumpling wrappers one by one so they don't stick together.
  4. Season with soup soy sauce and boil once more until the wrappers turn translucent.
