  • udon noodles 1 pack (including liquid broth and solid seasoning)
  • bacon 150g
  • garlic 1 handful
  • milk 1 cup
  • green chili 1–2 peppers
  • pepper to taste

Recipe 🍳

  1. Dice the bacon and cook it in a pan until both sides are crispy and golden, rendering out the fat.
  2. Slice the garlic thinly and sauté it in the bacon fat until golden, bringing out its fragrance.
  3. Pour in 1 cup of milk, then add the udon noodles and all the solid seasoning from the noodle package.
  4. Use only 2/3 of the liquid broth packet and simmer over medium heat until the milk thickens into a creamy sauce.
  5. Just before turning off the heat, sprinkle with finely chopped green chili and a pinch of pepper, gently mixing to finish.
  1. Sauté diced bacon and sliced garlic in a pan until golden brown.
  2. Add milk, udon noodles, solid seasoning, and 2/3 of the liquid broth packet; simmer until the sauce reduces.
  3. Finish by sprinkling green chili and pepper for a spicy touch.
