Cooking tips

  • Use firm tofu for pan-frying rather than soft tofu for stews, and drain it well.
  • For the dressing, freshly minced garlic tastes much better than store-bought minced garlic.
  • The juice of 1/2 lemon is about 3 tablespoons. Use this as a guide if using bottled lemon juice.
  • If you don't have Yeondusoon (Yondu Soon), you can substitute brewed soy sauce, tuna extract, or white soy sauce.
