Recipe

Pour 2 cups (400ml) of water into a pot or deep pan, add half of the soup powder, and bring to a boil.
Once the water boils, add the ramyeon noodles and cook for 2 minutes with the lid on.
Open the lid and, once the noodles are slightly loosened, gently separate them with chopsticks.
Create a small, hole-like space in the center of the noodles where the egg can be placed.
Crack 1 egg into the center space, and place the sliced cheese around the edges of the noodles.
Close the lid again and cook on low heat for 1 minute, as if letting it steam, to make a soft-boiled egg.
Turn off the heat when a small amount of broth remains at the bottom, completing the moist dish.

Boil 2 cups of water with half the soup powder and cook noodles for 2 minutes.
Place egg in the center of noodles and top with cheese around the edges.
Close lid and cook for 1 more minute until moist and soft-boiled.
