• For a campfire hot pot, season the beef bulgogi slightly sweeter and saltier than usual—add 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon soy sauce extra, since additional broth will be added later.
• Avoid pouring all the broth at once—adding it gradually during cooking and when adding ramen noodles helps maintain depth of flavor and prevents ingredients from becoming soggy.
• If the dish tastes too light during cooking, add leftover bulgogi marinade instead of kimchi juice to preserve the rich meaty taste without turning it into a kimchi stew.
