Ingredients needed 🛒3 servings
- 160g lasagna noodles (about 8 sheets)
- 400g ground pork
- 400g tomato sauce
- 1 onion
- 2 cups milk
- 2 packets vegetable soup mix
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Recipe 🍳
- Finely mince the onion and prepare it. Measure out the chicken stock cube and other ingredients in advance.
- Before the pan heats up, add 2 tbsp of olive oil and the minced onion, then turn on the heat. Sauté the onion until translucent to bring out its sweetness.
- Once the onion is translucent, add 400g of ground pork and sauté together. It's important to cook until the juices from the meat have completely evaporated and the mixture is dry.
- In a bowl, combine 400g of tomato sauce, 2 cups of milk, 2 packets of vegetable soup mix, and 1 chicken stock cube. Mix thoroughly to create the sauce.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the thoroughly sautéed meat. Break the 160g of lasagna noodles into bite-sized pieces and add them.
- Press down firmly with a ladle or spoon to ensure the noodles are completely submerged in the sauce.
- Cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat to low, and simmer until the sauce thickens and the lasagna noodles are tender.
- Once the sauce has reduced and the noodles are fully cooked, turn off the heat. Place a plate that fits the pan on top, then carefully invert the pan onto the plate to serve.
- Sauté minced onion, then add ground pork and cook until dry.
- Pour in the sauce made with tomato sauce, milk, vegetable soup mix, and chicken stock. Add broken lasagna noodles and submerge them in the sauce.
- Cover, simmer on low heat until noodles are cooked, then plate by inverting the pan.
Cooking tips 💡
- Completely evaporating the moisture when sautéing the meat ensures the sauce adheres well and doesn't separate.
- If the heat is too high, the noodles may burn before they cook. Therefore, always cook over low to medium-low heat with the lid on.
- You can add vegetables like zucchini, eggplant, mushrooms, or proteins like shrimp or chicken for variation.
- Hot oil or sauce may splatter when inverting the pan. Place a plate that perfectly fits the pan on top and invert it in one swift motion.
