  • pork spare ribs 600g
  • gochujang-style soy sauce 1 cup
  • instant coffee 1 tablespoon
  • sugar 2 tablespoons
  • minced garlic 1 tablespoon

Recipe 🍳

  1. Place the cleaned pork spare ribs, with excess fat removed, into the pressure cooker.
  2. Close the lid and heat over high flame until you hear the hissing sound or the pressure indicator rises, then reduce to low heat and cook for about 25 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat and wait until all pressure has completely released before safely opening the lid.
  4. In a bowl, mix gochujang-style soy sauce, instant coffee, sugar, and minced garlic to make the seasoning sauce.
  5. Pour the seasoning sauce into the pressure cooker and simmer uncovered until the broth thickens and the meat glistens with a glossy finish.

  2. Once the pressure has fully released, open the lid and mix in the seasoning ingredients.
  3. Simmer uncovered until the broth becomes thick and the meat shines with a glossy finish.
