Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings
- 1-2 carrots
- Generous amount of olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Paprika powder, to taste
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 50g feta cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Lemon zest, to taste
- Seasoned salt (or salt), to taste
- Dill, to taste
- Balsamic glaze, as needed
Recipe 🍳
- Cut the carrots into long, thick stick shapes.
- Drizzle the cut carrots generously with olive oil, then add salt, pepper, and paprika powder. Mix well to coat evenly.
- Place in an air fryer and roast for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Make the sauce by mixing a full cup of Greek yogurt with feta cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, seasoned salt, and chopped dill.
- Spread balsamic glaze on a plate, arrange the roasted carrots on top, then spoon the yogurt sauce over them.
- Finish by sprinkling fresh dill on top.
- Cut carrots into thick sticks.
- Season with olive oil and spices, then air fry for 15 minutes.
- Mix yogurt, feta, lemon, and dill to make a tangy sauce.
- Plate with balsamic glaze, carrots, sauce, and dill.

- If you cut the carrots too thinly, they will become soft after roasting, so it is better to cut them thick.
