Okjubu Squid Vegetable Salad

Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings
- 1 squid
- 8-10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 orange
- 1/4 red onion
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- A little sesame oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- A little water
Recipe 🍳
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Peel the orange and cut it into bite-sized pieces, similar to peach slices.
- Steam the whole squid in a pot without water or microwave it, then let it cool slightly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp olive oil, 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, a little sesame oil, and a little water to make the special dressing.
- Arrange the prepared cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, squid, and orange beautifully on a plate.
- Drizzle the special dressing evenly over the salad and serve.
- Cut cherry tomatoes, orange, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook the squid in a waterless pot or microwave, then slice it.
- Mix soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, sugar, etc. to make the dressing.
- Place vegetables, fruits, and squid on a plate, then drizzle with dressing.
