- onion 1/2 medium
- lemon 1/4
- rice 1 bowl
- mushroom sprouts a little
- lakcho a little
- wasabi a little

- Cut the fresh sashimi-grade salmon into bite-sized pieces of desired thickness and size.
- Slice the lemon for garnish.
