  • lemon 1/4
  • rice 1 bowl
  • mushroom sprouts a little
  • lakcho a little
  • wasabi a little
  • donburi soy sauce to taste

Recipe 🍳

  1. Slice the onion thinly and soak in cold water to reduce spiciness, then remove excess moisture.
  2. Cut the fresh sashimi-grade salmon into bite-sized pieces of desired thickness and size.
  3. Slice the lemon for garnish.
  4. Place warm rice into a bowl and arrange the sliced salmon attractively on top.
  5. Top with the drained onions, mushroom sprouts, lakcho, lemon slices, and wasabi.
  6. Drizzle your preferred amount of donburi soy sauce around and finish.
