- shiitake mushrooms 2 pieces
- green onions a little
- gochujang 1 tablespoon
- sugar 1 tablespoon
- red pepper powder 2 tablespoons
- minced garlic 0.5 tablespoon
- sesame oil 1 tablespoon
- soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- hulled sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
- vegetable oil a little
Recipe 🍳
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and lightly grill sliced shiitake mushrooms on both sides, then transfer to a wide bowl to cool.
- Chop green onions finely and set aside.
- Once cooled, trim the ends of the shiitake mushrooms slightly with scissors, then tear them into thin strands along their grain.
- In a bowl, combine gochujang 1 tablespoon, sugar 1 tablespoon, red pepper powder 2 tablespoons, minced garlic 0.5 tablespoon, sesame oil 1 tablespoon, soy sauce 1 tablespoon, and hulled sesame seeds 1 tablespoon to make the dressing.
- Add the prepared mushrooms and green onions to the dressing and toss gently until evenly coated.
- Grill shiitake mushrooms in a pan, cool completely, then tear into strands.
- Mix gochujang, red pepper powder, soy sauce, and other seasonings to create a spicy-sweet dressing.
- Toss mushrooms with the dressing and green onions to finish.
